Detailed Program

Ceremony at Town Hall De Bilt
The ceremony will be held at the town hall of the municipality of De Bilt in the Jagtzaal room, starting at 16:00. The address is Soestdijkseweg Zuid 173, Bilthoven (see also the map below). Please be there 15 minutes in advance. After the ceremony, we would like to make some photos together outside the town hall, so please stay a little bit before going to the restaurant.
For getting there, the town hall can be reached by car and has parking available nearby. If you are traveling by public transport, train station De Bilt is approximately 15 minutes walking from the town hall and easily reached by taking a sprinter from Utrecht central station. Make sure to take a regional train or “sprinter”, as the intercity train will not stop at this station. There is also a bus stop near the town hall serviced by bus number 77 (Nieuwegein to train station De Bilt), which also passes through the city center of Utrecht.

Dinner at Bistro Belle
After taking the photos, we will go to Bistro Belle to celebrate and enjoy a delicious dinner together. We will arrive there around 18:00, have a welcome drink, and dinner will be served around 19:00. The restaurant address is Dorpsstraat 12, Oud-Zuilen. It is easy to reach by car and takes approximately 15 minutes driving from the town hall. Street parking is available for free in the area around the restaurant, and some parking spots are usually available. After 17:00, the parking lot of Slot Zuylen is also available for free and usually has several parking spots. If it happens to be really busy, the football club nearby has a large free parking lot as well and is about 10 minutes walking from the restaurant.
Getting there by public transport from the town hall unfortunately takes a bit long, so please let us know if you can’t get there by car and we’ll try to arrange transportation. For after the dinner, the bus stop Oud-Zuilen is 5 minutes walking from the restaurant, and both bus 12 and bus 120 to Utrecht Central station stop at this bus stop.

Dress code: Cocktail Attire
We would prefer everyone to come in cocktail dress code, meaning festive and elegant. For women this typically means a stylish knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress, a jumpsuit, or another smart outfit. For men this usually means a suit, or a dress shirt with formal trousers (blazer optional). We do not have color preferences, but we kindly ask you to not wear white or other very light colors, except for the dress shirt.
